Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible. We will ship the items the next business day after you place the order.

Delivery time varies between 6-8 business days if the goods are in stock. Please note that as the current logistics pressure is high, logistics in certain areas will be a delay.

The delivery time also depends on demand, factory production, holiday seasons, weather conditions, and other circumstances.

We offer free shipping on all of our products everywhere within the lower 48 states! ( Excludes Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box )

Contact us and provide us with photos of the damaged part of the product, and photos of all face sheets on the outer box. We will decide what to do according to the degree of damage.
